Windows XP - DrWatson Errors Please Help :-)

Within the last two hours I have received several errors while in "My Pictures." The first time I rebooted a box appeared for me to "confirm" the loading of a file that does not exist in the "My Pictures" folder. I click "no to all" and the computer continues to load programs. When I open the "My Pictures" file and a folder within this section, Windows encounters and error and the DrWatson Postmortem Debugger does too. This is the first time any of these errors have occured since I reformatted a couple of weeks ago. I am posting a HijackThis log below to assist . . . and appreciate any and all advice:

Might be a good time to move this to the virus forum. There are some great and very smart people there that might be able to help. Im still usless reading HjT logs but im learning :)
