hi what happened was i reformatted my computer and the first thing i did was load netgear after it was done installing it would go to a blue screen and then restart. so then i decided to load it in safe mode but the it also when to a blue screen and restarted. when i restarted this time windows didnt even load and then it said that my \WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\CONFIG\SYSTEM was eiter missing or sorrupt and told me to put in my setup disc and repair but when i put in the start up disc and try to repair it or reinstall windows it goes to a blue screen and says IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL and tells me to go in under safe mode and uninstall what ever i just installed but i can because if i go in to safe mode or anything eles when i press F8 it tells me to use the setup disc.

is there a way to get it so it will run again
