basically i know that you go into user account in control panel.
but my problem is when i open the user account the page is empty.
theres the direction tabs and the home tab,all of which nothing happens when i press any of them.
any one any ideas?

Go to Start > Run > copy/paste this: regsvr32 jscript.dll > click OK.

If that doesn't work copy/paste and run both of these these also. One at a time.

regsvr32 nusrmgr.cpl
regsvr32 /i mshtml.dll

Let me know if that helps because if not, there is one more thing you can try. :)

Maybe, maybe not, can't be certain. Could have been something you did to corrupt the file/s or it could have corrupted on its own. Could have been caused by many things: a crash, a manual restart, or could be it's just being a Windows file. Windows seems to have that problem sometimes. :)
