How do I burn dreamcast games to a cd r

the games I am trying to burn are Unreal Tournament and Phantasy Star Online V2 (both echelon). I got them both with bittorrent. i have tried about every burning method I could do... I have even purchaced Alcohol 120%. none of them work, and it is pissing me off... in alcohol for Unreal, it will only burn to 55% and eject the cd and say ERROR and it wont say why... and Phantasy star, it wont even burn... I am running out of blank media... someone please help me.
