I was asked from a friend who done West Wing and after copying them there was no sound when played on his TV. I myself have never run across anything like this. He says all others are ok and play fine, just the West Wing DVD movies. Any help appreciated and thanx AD. He is using DVD Shrink and DVDFab. Sorry double clicked on editing message, did not mean to.

Tell your friend to play the DVD files(on the HD) in Shrink to make sure the audio was moved over properly. If they play there then make sure they are not deleted when he picks the audio to copy. Did they accidentially copy over the DTS files w/o having a DTS receiver?
