Can't I just burn to DVD using DVD Decrypter?

I just read the guide on burning DVD-9 using DVD Decrypter and DVD2One. At the end it says to burn the final file to DVD using any decent software such as Nero.
Cant I just go back and do the final burn using DVD Decrypter again, or is there a problem with that?
I've already successfully burned a copied DVD using just DVD Decrypter

I use DVD Decrypter for my ps2 backups.....ISo read/write. However, I use DVD Shrink & Nero to make dvd movie backups. I found that using DVD Decrypter for movies made the resulting dvd+r less compatible with standalone dvd plaers that it did using shrink & Nero.
