the drive is a ms28, i followed the prescribed methods for that drive too.

i have been on this for a few days now....

i used values 86805126A0FFAFFF

almost every other one that ive seen has more than 1 i/o port. I have looked at a few with only 1 line, like mine and this is how i came up with the numbers.

although, the ones i did look at had values of
0x0000ff00-0x0000---- cant remember the second set

but they used 01ff and the same format forthe second set, it was stright forward, but my numbers are different.

should i use 86805126A1ffB1ff


i have searched high and low, and this chipset is supposedly supported, but i may have read wrong information.

when i use 86805126A0FFAFFF mkflash will bring up ch06 master and slave, but no matter what i do it just hangs, ( vcc method too)

any help would be appreciated.

ok i have now officially confused myself.

when entering the new values into hex workshop, i START entering at b370 and use all 16 characters correct?

i have read so much lately its becomming a blur. keep reading on th e 1 tutorial out there that you may need to ADD, but no info on adding, just editing.
