I dont want to buy original things so I download them.
so I downloaded Codebreaker v9.2, I extracted the .rar file and got 2 files:
1. CodeBreaker_v9.2.ISO
2. CB9.2.ELF
I read on the forums that I needed to burn the Image so I did. First I tried DVD, didnt work then CD-R didnt work either.

7. Select your cheat codes and start game.

You should be good to go at this stage.

I didnt understand this and couldnt get it to work, I used elf_to_bincue took the uLaunchELF boot.elf and turned it into an image and burned it on CD-R, it booted, i got this menu (looked like DOS) and I dont know what I am supposed to do now.
I have a Flashdrive that is compatible with PS2, I looked into it with uLaunchELF, I tried to boot CB9.2.ELF but it didnt work, tried to make an image with elf_to_bincue of the CB9.2.ELF it didnt work either.
So I wasted 3 CD-R's 1 DVD and still didnt get far, if anyone can help me you would make me very happy :)
Main question: how can I make a downloaded version of Codebreaker work on my slim PSTwo 750004 with Infinity Matrix Mod Chip Firmware v1.82 ?
