Reliable place to get Swap Magic 3.6 + Switch Magic Pro 3?

I have a SCPH-77001, and evidently from some digging around, the model alone invalidates the common usage of Tool C through most of the SlimTool kits I've seen at a few sites. But, while I've found a site that manages to kill three birds with one stone (Swap Magic, Switch Magic, and Money Order friendly), I want to play it safe and see if this website is reliable.

For anybody that has delt with this site before, is it reliable, dependable, and efficient? If not, what are some other sites that are money order friendly?
