ok guys here it is. I have a modded gc with a viper chip and the cobra bios 1.6 loaded on it. I have been trying for 3 or 4 days now to stream a backup to my pc from my gc and I am having no luck. I have a disc that I insert it says copy disc. This lets me boot the cobra bios and then I go to the copy game next. I have inserted the ip addresses in my 1394 connection. I had to bridge the 2 1394 connections to get them to show up in ipconfig. Ok I press copy game on my gc and it tells me to go to the ip address 192.168.1.100 and when I put this in my browser and press enter I never get a window asking me to save the backup. I just purchased this gc and it was already modded with the viper chip. I know I am almost there I just do not know what to do to get this to stream to my computer or how to do it. I also wanted to know if it is necessary to have your ethernet enabled on your motherboard for this, I enabled just incase and it did not help either. I know the gc is communicating with the computer but for some reason the pc is not letting me save the backup to my pc. I was also told that my dchp needed to be disabled and so I managed to find that and disable it as well. Can I please get a little help here on what I need to do. Honestly I am just totally lost now, thought I had it all figured out and thought I would be copying backups by now, man was I wrong. Please give a fellow member a little insight here please, Don
