Ive encoding a video file with ConvertX toDVD
ive got a folder now with 13 files in it

called VTS01_1 all the way to VTS13_1(however the 13th file is 0 kb)

whats my next step?
im a newb at this thing.

Now you need to burn those files with Nero.

Or, if you don't have Nero, just stick a DVD in and let CnvertXtoDVD burn for you. If you have closed ConvertXtoDVD, just open it and Burn is under Action. Find your file and go.
