if u connect the two by usb, can u get access to the files on the ps2??

Nope. The USB connections are input connections. The PS2 would need an output. I guess you're trying to get your saved games to the PS3? The only way I know of right now it an memory card adapter, which I heard is hard to find at the moment.

I already got one before i even have ps3. but i have a question. if ur playing socom 3 online with ur ps3 can u play with ps2 kids online?
