So I'm trying to backup my Fifa 07, but I've tried about 4 different DVD-R and +R media but the same thing keeps happening - the main menu everything loads, until I select a match and select kick-off, just before the match starts, the loading bar fills up then it gets stuck. I can't actually play the match. I have backed up many other of my games on the same dvd media and they work fine. Why is this happening for fifa 07?

Do you use Swap Magic?

Experience is a wonderful thing. It enables you to recognize a mistake when you make it again.

You need to rebuild the game if you're using Swap Magic.

A-The disk name: put the exact same numbers / letters from the folder with the file that says sles [number] / slus [ number]. Example for me, my file said SLES_535.01, so i typed in SLES53501 in the Disc Name Boxes
Can you explain this bit? I don't understand. i see the file in my folder but am i supposed to put the name of the folder its in or the filename?

You've done it wrong obviously! Try This method, i think its the easiest:

1º- Extract the content of the .iso or directly from the DVD, into a folder with isobuster;
3º- For burning use Nero 6 and follow this tutorial:

1º- After extract the content of the .iso with isobuster into a folder, open Nero Burning Rom and create a "New Compilation" "DVD-ROM (UDF/ISO) the next images shows the right way to do it, you should do exactly as the image shows:

2º- When you do "New" you will open the compilation and you should put the files in there.

Clic with the right button of your mouse like the image shows and select "Add Files"

Select the game files and then press "Add" like the image below, here i don't put the files in a specific order, but you can put them in the same order as isobuster.

Now it's time to burn your new compilation:

[center]You can burn the speed at 4X or lower.

3º- Enjoy

- I use this tutorial with the games with no 2GB single file. I've never failed a rebuild and my games always works. Hope this helps.
