This has probably been answered a hundred or so times already however I cannot seem to find the answers I need.

My brother backed up some of my 360 games before he went back on a tour with the army.

I have damaged my original GRAW however its back up still works. Was wondering if I can copy that back up so I have a spare just in case.

I am new to all this and dont know what I need to do, have read forums where they say make iso with DVD Decrypter, burn with imgburn and some where the 360 needs to connect to the PC directly and other saying use clone cd.

I am wondering what I need to do, tried a disc copy with clonecd burnt at 2 - 2.4x and it copied but would not start on 360 just keeps saying open tray.

How do i make the image with DVD Decrypter, do i need to patch it as it was done already he said.

Do i need to copy from the xbox to the pc or can i just use my dvd burner

I have pioneer dvr110d and am using verbatim DVD+R DL 2.4

Thanks

You can just make a backup with Decrypter and burn it back. Since it has been patched already, you do not have to patch it again.

BTW, This question has been answered 3 times by me on the first page alone.

Open any DVD copying program. Put the backup in your DVD drive (your PC drive). Click Copy DVD or in the case of DVD Decrypter, click mode/write ISO and click the "go" button to start the copying to your computer's HDD.

I have been reading all similar posts you have replied to PS2Menace. What you are saying is that making a backup of a backup is very simple. All you need to do, for example, is create an image in DVD Decrypter, once done, burn in DVD Decrypter? No need to patch ss, no need to worry about layer breaks or anything like that, its as simple as backing up ps2 games??

I have been doing some reasearch over the last few days wondering how this simple method works considering backing up your originals is such a long and slightly more difficult process. I am trying this method now with clonecd and im ending up with several 1gb files. All i need to do from there is burn the .dvd file and all the 1gb files bill be burned as one and you end up with a working backup???

I hate doing these things for the first time, I feel like such a n00b!
