Hey guys I'm getting an xbox360 on Christmas, but do you guys no of any games I should get becuase I have no clue what games I want so if any of you no any good games please tell me =]

Just check out the downloadable game demos with ur free silver, or ur gold account ... play 'em yourself and choose for yourself!!!

The demo on dead rising sucks! The game itself is alot better! Gears of war or Dead Rising! And once it comes out Halo 3!!!! I am soooo pumped for that game!

i must be an oddball here....i cant stand dead rising...its sooo boring to me. its just like you do the same thing over and over, kill zombies..after the first 10 or so it gets old to me. gut GOW is a great game.

i agree with the others GOW and Dead Rising.
I suggest getting a blockbuster gamepass before buying any games though.

wabashman ...nah your not alone there mate i dont think much of Dead Rising either.like you say far to much zombie bashing over and over again,no real change to what goes on..run,kill,run some more,kill,run a bit more,oh kill..very drab.
ive completed Gears of War,Rainbow Six,Call of Duty 3,Splinter Cell DA and Fear and id say Rainbow 6 and Gears remain firm fave must have games,if you have these then you pretty much have the graphical side and `playability worth your money games`covered.
so...Rainbow Six Vegas,Gears of War and Splinter Cell DA my choice if i had just got my new xbox360.

agree Oblivion is one amazing game but it will consume your life when playing it. you cant pick it up for 30 minutes and put it down, it draws you in and before you know it you are playing 8hrs straight and its 4 in the morning. Fantastic game and yeah it is a must have but be aware you will not have a life outside of it when you start playing.

yes Oblivion is a damn good game,but i think it comes down to a persons personal choice of his/her type of game they like to play.
some like myself love to play straight forward 1st person shooters like Rainbow Six Vegas,Call of Duty 3 without the getting deep into a story line,walking around forever and could be waiting 15 mins before your next gun battle or fight.then some people love the role playing mixed genre like Oblivion where you ask people questions and go to different places and even go to sleep.then theres the games like Gears and Splinter Cell which are 3rd person and again they are totally different in where Splinter Cell is more stealthy and you can avoid contact or fights and Gears is quite in your face and always battling.each game i think falls in to a different genre..be it 1st person,role playing or fighting and it does come down to at the end of the day your own personal preference to what kind of game you like to play no matter how good we all say these games are.Gears is amazing but to someone who hates 3rd person it isnt going to be for them.I dont like Dead Rising,some love it..nuff said
personal choice,personal preference..choose what you like to play
