hi guys, maybe this issue had been discussed before and i'm new to this forum so i didn't know. When i use my backup NBA LIVE 2007 game, the TV suddenly moving down and up i cannot see anything, but they game is running though. I did search on the forum but havn't found anything.

50Hz PAL game on a 60Hz NTSC TV. Or 60Hz NTSC gam on a 50Hz PAL TV.
Do a search on PAL2NTSC (if you're in a NTSC/US country) or NTSC2PAL (if in Europe/Australia)

yes, you can either convert it.
Or if you have a good mod chip it may have settings you can change to force all games to your region.
Swap Magic also have a video mode selection on the main screen where you could choose your format. If you have an NTSC system and the game flickers then set it to PAL and try playing the game.
a mod chip would be the opposite. With an NTSC system you would set it to force NTSC mode so all games that are PAL are forced to display as NTSC so they play correctly.
