Ive cleaned the disk itself and is not dirty or scratched at all. any ideas how i can get around this and get the iso? thanks!

Try using another program.

Experience is a wonderful thing. It enables you to recognize a mistake when you make it again.

You want to create an .iso image from your DVD game?

You can use other programs to do that, like:

- Isobuster
- Alcohol 120%
- Nero

I recommend Isobuster.

This is the game that came with the movie right?

I used DVD Decrypter. Maybe there is something wrong with your disc. Scan it with CDCheck first and see if there is something wrong:

http://www.kvipu.com/CDCheck/download.php

If you get some errors during the scan, try first cleaning the disc. If that doesn't work, try to get it resurfaced with those Disc Buffers (the ones at places like Gamecrazy). It costs $2 for 1 disc or $5 for a 5 disc card (meaning you can do a total of 5 discs for $5).

No problem. I had a very similar problem with a PS2 game before. I'm glad my experience was able to help.
