hi guys well i jus downloaded wihiip and it wont let me open it. do i have to unzip or somethin. some plz help.. i have the new windoes media center if that the case. thnks

Where did you get the WINHIIP file? All you should have to do is open the file with either WinRAR or WinZIP. There is a file called WINHIIP.exe in the zipped file. Double-click that file & then you should have a WINHIIP window. The only thing I can see as the problem is that you don't have a proper opening program like WinZIP or WinRAR. Thanks! Let me know what happens.
