if u hav green blue and red video inputs and white and red audio inputs on the bak of ur tv does that mean its an hdtv

Not necessarily, but even if your display isn't HD compatible, you should still use this input. It will provide a better picture than coax(75ohm), composite or s-video.
As for the the red and white audio inputs, they have nothing to do with the HD capabilities of a display.
Chances are, if you are asking if your display is HD because you saw these inputs, it isn't. If you would like to make sure, reply with the make and model of your set and one of us will confirm.

I know the red and white are audio and not part of "component video" but If I just would have said the main 3 colors then he'd be asking what the white and red was and if he still had component video inputs.

I can't make out what brand it is(LG?). Do you have the model number or a link to the specs of your TV?
Looks like an older LG model. Pretty sure it's not HD. Unless you see "HD" (in the corner or next to the brand name)on the front of your TV, it is not.
LG only makes 2 crt TVs these days. I believe they are both 30" and wide screen.

Then, this is not a HD display. Like I said before, you should still take advantage of the component inputs.
