Hello Sniping_G, may I see the entire log? :)

You've got a backdoor trojan, some adware and one file I cannot identify(I hope it's not a backdoor also). Because of the backdoor I must warn and recommend you to reformat your HD and reinstall Windows. This backdoor is kind of weak, but it's still a backdoor and can allow others control over your computer. Meaning that anything could have been changed and you not know about it. It's completely up to you if you want to reformat or not. If not, please follow instructions below.

[edit]First, extract HijackThi from the zip folder to a permanent one. If you fix something with HijackThis running from a temp folder then a backup cannot be made.[/edit]

Then, fix these with HjT. Be sure to close all other windows before clicking "Fix checked".

Close HjT.
Then, go to Start > Run > type services.msc and click OK.
Find each of the following and double-click each.
NTLOAD
NTSVCMGR
When the new window open, beside "Startup type:" click the drop down menu and select "Disabled"
After both are disabled close Services.

Open HijackThis.
Click "Open the misc tools section".
Click "Delete an NT service"
Copy/paste each of the following into the area and click OK after each.
Note: you will be prompted to restart after each. Click No for both.
O23 - Service: NTLOAD - Unknown owner - C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\DRIVER\ntsrv.exe
O23 - Service: NTSVCMGR - Unknown owner - C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\DRIVER\ntsrv.exe
After both are deleted, restart your computer in safe mode.

In safe mode:

Show hidden files and folders.
Start > Control Panel > Folder Options > View tab > check "Show hidden files and folders".
Click Apply, then OK.

Delete this file(if there):
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\DRIVER\ntsrv.exe

Empty the Recycle Bin and restart in normal mode.

Go to Jotti's malware scan.
Copy/Paste this file into the "File to upload and scan" area.
C:\WINDOWS\system.exe
Click "Submit".
Copy/paste the results to Notepad and save them.
Post the results in your next reply along with a new HijackThis log.
