Hi had no problems with it for about 16 months. It turns itself off after stopping the DVD and going to bed.
Last week came down to watch (finish) watching a library borrowed DVD. NO POWER! NO DISPLAY.

Of course out of warranty. contacted the St Peter's people who said they can supply the parts, could be the power board.

7 screws later, found the power board with a component that had exploded within. Will call em and see how much the card costs. Only 3 cards inside (small ones) and thd CD module.

Hope it is worthwhile to repair.

Replaced the power board. $30. Works ok now. ericr
