I usually remove the other languages and DTS if its there but what about when there's 3 or 4 different english ones? theres usually 5.1, 2ch, maybe another 2ch. and so on. if i remove all the sound except dolby 5.1 can i still play the movie on a tv with just two speakers?

my one other question is how do i remove the extras on a movie using shrink?

your 5.1 audio will play fine on a 2-channel set up. If you want to get rid of the extras using shrink, use reauthor mode & drag & drop the files you want to the left side. Shrink breaks down the files for ya. Good luck.
