What kind of customer service do you need for bland discs? But hey... fair enough. You don't have buy any. I'm just giving a heads-up to people who have a BB near them.

DixonButz just sounds like he has some problems. I certainly don't love Bestbuy, but WTF is so hard about going into one and buying some blank discs? Even if they don't have them, price match somewhere else.

Yes, had some bad experiences at bb and will never set foot in one again. And now I will never order online from them ever. Probably have to dispute CC charges with my bank to get a refund. They still don't show them as sold out.

..however recommending Memorex to others is not good advice...

for one, Memorex don't make discs but use varying quality in disc manufacturers so it's a lottery as to what companies' disc you get each time.
for two, ..Memorex/CMC/Imation/HP/TDK - don't let them near your Burner... - http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/232406 - from my sig

thanks, that's what i was getting at. I can't say that no-one doesn't get good results from anything branded as Memorex, but far too many people do have problems with them (movies and games) for them to be worth recommending to others

I used to say Memorex aren't so bad. Then I had to learn the hard way they are that bad. Memorex really really sucks for everything except CD-Rs.

I waltzed into Best Buy and bought 4 packs. 80 DL discs should keep me occupied for about 2 months or so.

i'd say 80 discs will last the life span of the 360. unless you get every damn game that comes out for it...
