Hi there I'm new here but not newbie at all this and so for the question:
My PS2 has a really bad time reading this game what coult be the problem?Incorect LBA,the disk/it's DVD+R/all other my games are DVD-R and I dont have any problems with them or it's bad convertion from DVD9 to DVD5.I check the disk if it damaged,test it with Nero CDSpeed for file errors or damaged surface and Nero give's me 100% good disk or it's recorded on high speed or with incorect software.:)Meybe I give all posible answers on my question but what you will say

My PS2 is SCPH-50004a with new laser and driver(replaced last week)but I have problems with this game before too(before to replace the laser and driver chip(LA6508))

I'll burn it again but I must know what was the problem for this disk(becouse it's not my a friend give it to me but I'm scared to use it on my PS2 becouse it has a really bad time reading it)

if the +R is not booktyped to a -ROM then that can be a problem on older consoles. the quickest check would be to back it up to a quality DVD-R takes about 30 min and 30cent worth of disc.

Ok I'll try this but all other my games are on DVD-R and I dont have any problems with them only this is on DVD+R and my PS2 is v10

you wont have a problem with a -R because the booktype is factory set to -R and can not be changed, a +R can be booktyped to whatever format you so choose and if not set to a -ROM then isn't as compatible. a -R is compatible with EVERYTHING, +Rs that aren't booktyped to a -R or -ROM are not. i don't know how to say that any simpler as you seam to have completely missed that in the previous post.
