my lil brother opened the ps2 and ripped out the lil yellow thing that u plug the adapter into for the power and now the adapter thing in back of the ps2 slim is all lose we went and brought a new adapter but still doesn't work because the thing in the back is all lose and doesn't cut on wat should i do!!! i wanna play my games help!

sounds like you didn't put the power receptacle back in correctly and now your adapter isn't plugging into the socket when you push it in. take it back apart and correctly assemble it.

so i take the ps2 slim apart and then get the lil metal part thats loose and put it back in straight so that it not all loose or how do i do that?

obviously your 'little brother' is more mechanically inclined then yourself so have him do it as he seams to know more about it then you and i don't know how to possibly be any plainer about what needs to be done.

no he ripped it out because there was sumthin stuck in it so he tore out the yellow thing which left the adapter plug in the back of the ps2 all loose me and him r stuck and don't know wat to do

if you're talking about the insulator inside the receptacle its self then you'll need to replace the receptacle. i find it hard to believe something got 'stuck' in the receptacle hole that needed the console disassembled but to each their own.
