Toshiba samsung drive, What fw needed

Right guys just got myself a new 360 with the Toshiba Samsung TS-H943. What is the best and lates firmware to put on this drive and is their anything different on flashing to the hitachi drive as ive done loads of them. Its the 1st time im doing a samsung so all good points are appriciated if possible so i dont brick it.

Is it MS25 or MS28?You can use the latest xtreme firmware even if its an MS25, just make sure you use SAM READ 0.5 to mod the firmware. Dont use any previous version than 0.5, otherwise the latest xtreme wont work on your MS25

same boat here i've done hitachi but never samsung and i just got a samsung.... can we get a littel more info please

Ok if its a MS25 I will email you the files you need including the correct Samread. Only thing is, my MTKflash is hexedited for an Ali 5283 chipset Sata card, so you will need to copy over my mtkflash with your hex edited mtk flash. Then all shall be well. PM me your email. Dont put it here, the mods dont like it.
