How was cdLoader made?

Does anybody know how cdLoader was made because it its the only ELF file I have managed to load through ARMax.

How were the files burnt as audio?
Is there any software capable of doing this?

The file appears on th cd as
Track 1 and Track 2 there is no mention of any ELF's on the disk but when you run it through ARMax Media player, there it is!!how was this done.
