Not sure what your asking here?Do you mean what is the MFR date the MS25 drives ended and the MS28 drives begun or what??

im sure i read that if a mfr date was later than something like june 06 then you cant upgrade. I may be wrong but im possitive i read something briefly somewere.

Never heard that before. The MFR date is on the back of your xbox on the white sticker. What drive is your box, sammy or hitachi?

ive got an hitachi but im gonna do it anyway so ill let you know how it goes as the mfr date is june 06.

You need to open your box and see what type of Hitachi drive you have, if you have a 0078 your in the brown and smelly as these are harder to flash. Check your drive and let us know.

its a 59 m8, but im gonna do it anyway if i can get this connectivity kit sorted. if you dont mind can you read my recent post 'problem with connectivity kit' and see if you can help.
