When i burn an iso file using clonedvd2's write exsisting data feature. sometimes my dvd player will play them and sometimes it won't. I have never had this problem until a few weeks ago. any ideas??
CloneCD is the perfect tool to make backup copies of your music and data CDs, regardless of copy protection. CloneCD's award-winning user interface allows you to copy almost any CD in just a few mouse clicks.
Since the release of 5.0, CloneCD is not only able to copy CDs but also all DVD formats, such as DVD-R, DVD-RW, DVD+R, DVD+RW, DVD+RDual Layer and DVD-RAM. The movies are copied 1:1 and therefore not modified (compressed). Note that to copy movie DVDs you also require AnyDVD.
link http://www.slysoft.com/en/download.html CloneCD also works with other formats such as ISO and UDF files and copies CDs/DVDs with the new SafeDisc 3 Copy Protection System. CloneCD allows you to create perfect 1:1 copies of your valuable original compact discs. Should your copy-protected music CD not play in your car audio, the backup created by CloneCD will.
and try this beta AnyDVD 6.0.8.9 with CloneDVD and see if it helps..
The "Aggressive I/O Mode" is now very different from what it has been before, and should hopefully satisfy everybody. It should behave like 6.0.8.2 with the additional features of 6.0.8.5/ 6.0.8.8 (New Dell computers / SATA / RAID users can use 1-click & Co., full 64-bit support, better Vista support, ...)
(Alan, this should answer the question why the I/O code was changed in the first place )
It would be very good to know, if all applications requiring "Aggressive I/O" work fine and see decrypted discs (InterVideo DVDCopy, 1-click DVD copy... someone still using 321-Studios DVDXCopy?)
Here is the complete changelog:
6.0.8.9 2006 11 28
- New: Runs under VirtualPC on PowerPC MACs
- Change: "Aggressive I/O Mode" is less "aggressive", hopefully fixes problems
some users are having
