First of all I have v4 PAL PS2 with Swap Magic 3.6 and use Panasonic DVD-R - TYG03.

For some reason, the FMV's in the recent games I have downloaded have all lagged and skipped while the cutscenes and the actual gameplay work. Most games on Panasonic have worked 100% perfectly but these recent ones : Naruto Uzuamki Chronicles, Marvel Ultimate Alliance, NFL Street 3, and Kingdom Hearts 2 have had this problem while my other 5-6 haven't. I copied my own (original) Kingdom Hearts (1) today and it worked perfectly.

What could be the problem?

That can't be the problem. I have a few other NTSC games such as NFS Carbon and that all works perfectly.
