Is it possible to defrag the hard drive when its in the xbox?? is there an app that can be installed???? many thanks!

You could just FTP into the xbox from your computer, extract all the stuff on the E: and F: partitions, erase them on the xbox, and then restore the stuff that was on them through FTP.
