You are looking essentially to burn (S)VVCD discs. Make sure also that your DVD player can read such discs.
Compatible VCD Requirements
352x288 with 25 frames a second (PAL)
352x288 with 29.97 frames a second (NTSC)
704x576 as single frame
704x480 as single frame
352x288 with 29.976 frames a second ("FILM" resolution)
Caution: Some players do not support this format.
Compatible SVCD Requirements
- 480 x 576 (PAL, 25 Hz)
- 480 x 480 (NTSC, 29.97 Hz)
Provided that the MPGs are compatible, you can burn them as either (S)VCDs using most burning apps.... if i am not mistaken, you CANT burn (S)VCDs with EasyCD Creator4. If you can however, look to burn "VideoCD" or "Super VideoCD". If you can't burn using EasyCDCreator4, might I suggest Nero or BurnAtOnce (free)?

Search Google or a p2p file sharing client m8. You don't wan't VCDEasy 1.16= limited version. Look for VCDEasy 1.1.5 or earlier versions.
Shoey :)

1.1.6 has restrictions any requires you to register,
1.1.5 is freeware
