Hi, I have been looking for all the dct4 programs, but none seem to give me the right code for my phone!
NOKIA - 1600b - (RH-65)
CABLE & WIRELESS - DOMINICA

hi...i tried that and i got "CODE ERROR".
that was my second one.
what now???
are you sure you set it for the right program/model number (RH-65)? it is the 1600B, not the 1600 (different programs).

Did you check whether the phone is already UNLOCKED?
I did the same, on two tries, both said code error.
Then, I used another network sim card only to find the phone was already UNLOCKED.

yup, i checked. i used a cingular chip. no good. could there be another reason?
