Getting an error code - not able to continue - anyone experience this problem? Are there any solutions?

That is an encrypted protection, so DVD Shrink alone can not handle (transcode). You'll need either DVDFAB Decrypter or RipIt4Me (both are FREE) and they can handle anything (any new released DVDs). All FREE tools are included in guides.

DVDFAB Decrypter +DVD Shrink + ImgBurn guide (all free) for newbies. Simply skip #2 VobBlanker, unless DVD Shrink has encountered an error and can not continue, or unless you're an advanced user and know where/what to delete/blank out.

Rip any DVDs with RipIt4Me +DVD Shrink + ImgBurn guide for newbies.

Use either Ripit4Me or DVDFab Decrypter to rip disc to HDD.
