I've been playing on XBox Live lately with no problems. I went to get on there last night and it said there was an update available for my console.

Is it safe for me to download it? I don't want my firmware banned or anything. Oh, and it's not the big update that was released a few weeks or so ago; I already got that one.

I just updated this afternoon. It's alright... I was on Live afterwards.
