Brand new to modding, don't know the technicals, HELP!!!!

Alright, my brother and I have had the Xecuter2 chip on our xbox for about a year now, possibly two, and we've had minor problems throughout this time, i.e. when turned on, the xbox turns on, then off, on then off, then back on and the open button flashes green and red, but it usually always goes back to being normal. Well now we have a real problem, as soon as we turn the box on, it gives an Error 13 message, im not fluant in the technical lingo, so if there is any way to explain how to fix this, in laymans terms, it would be much appreciated. If it helps, we've done nothing to it, it started after trying to play a game, the game froze, tried to turn the xbox off then back on, and automatically got the Error 13 message. HELP!!!

it means the kernel is messed up on your xbox, can it boot games still? if it can then boot up a slayers evox disc and try that it may fix it just patch all the stuff you can and that may fix it, but im not sure as i have never had that problem before

See the thing is, we had someone put the chip in for us, we know nothing about the technical stuff, we have no disks or anything else for these kinds of problems, all we have are the games and whatnot, and the knowledge of what to mess with and not to mess with on the xecuter dashboard, thats all, i honestly have no idea what a kernel is, and as for can it boot games still, it goes directly to the error screen as soon as we turn it on, well it does the whole xbox turn on thing, and says xecuter2 on the bottom, but not even a second later, goes straight to the error screen, and from there, i cant do anything else.......and just out of curiosity, what is slayers evox disc?

sounds like you fragged the BIOS and you'll need a X2 Programmer to fix it.
