Strange Nokia Problem

I have about 10 older GSM phones in the house. I am on the Cingular network.I tend to jump from one phone to another each week. The problem I am having now is with my two Nokia's. A 6010 and 3595. When I put the SIM in these two I cannot receive any calls. I mean the screen never shows a call being recieve etc. The call does go to voicemail after the require rings but I have no idea they do since I have no notice on the screen etc. This only happens with the Nokia's not the Motorola's or Sony Ericsson's. Until recently they both (Nokia's) worked fine. They are both unlocked but the original carrier was T-Mobile. They both show a full singal and full battery.I pulled a old Nokia 5190 out and gave that a try. The 5190 worked fine. I am working with them only in my house where I have a full signal with Cingular.
