The only thing that jumps out at me is O23 - Service: Intel NCS NetService (NetSvc) - Intel(R) Corporation - c:\Program Files\Intel\NCS\Sync\NetSvc.exe
This could be one of many trojans. It could also be part of your NIC driver. Try disabling it (keep your Intel driver disk handy) and see what happens.
Your Java is out-of-date.
I take it you renamed the HijackThis exe to "Cant be jacked.exe", correct?
I do think you are running way too many resident anti-virus and anti-spyware programs. That can cause problems. I'd drop the Windows Live and maybe BDO and stick with Avira only. Likewise, I'd stick with the free tools for anti-spyware, although maybe AVG would be a good investment.
-Do you believe you own your computer and shouldn't be told what you can run and do? Then say *NO* to Microsoft Vista!
-Since half the questions here involve media problems, here ya go: Only use Verbatim or Taiyo-Yuden discs (get your TYs from Rima.com, not Supermediastore or meritline). Forget the rest, no matter what "brand" they sell under. Always burn at 4x speed regardless of the speed rating of this discs or your drive. If you have burn problems with these then you have to update your drive's firmware. For double-layer discs, only use Verbatim DVD+R DL and burn them at 2.4x speed.

Your are correct Dunker, I did change HijackThis to Cant be jacked. I remember reading somewere that some viruses/trojans/etc. have been made to "hide" from HijackThis.exe so I changed it just in case.what happens.
I am unsure what you mean by to many resident programs. The three AntiVir services running take up little resource and 2 of them make up the real-time protection. Also I am unable to kill the spysweeper service. Last time I did SpySweeper would not start.(I ended up reinstalling S.S. and therefore the service that is running too).I will kill Windows Live, I also uninstalled Spyware Doctor as it had many processes running and its was only a trial version. I am unsure what you mean when you mean drop BDO. Can you explain?
Right now I am running the most up-to-date version of Avira AntiVir as my antivirus. I also weekly run 1-2 online scanners (trend micros housecall, kaspersky online scanner, and bitdefenders online scanner). As for spyware apps I am running Ad-Aware, a-squared, SpySweeper, and Spybot S-&-D. I also have CWSShredder (run once a week), Blacklight Rootkit Revealer by F-Secure, and a few Virtumundo removal apps.
I am pretty partial to AntiVir and fully stand behind it (had some issues with AVG in the past, and I dont trust Avast at all, and ClamWin has no real-time). If you have any suggestions for anti-spyware I would greatly appreciate them.

*UPDATE
After looking at my log my thoroughly I saw what you meant by multiple AV's. They all seemed to be services for the online scanners I was using. I removed all for now, but in the future will likely stick to only using 1 online scanner to cut down on my system processes.

@Dunker,
O23 - Service: Intel NCS NetService (NetSvc) - Intel(R) Corporation - c:\Program Files\Intel\NCS\Sync\NetSvc.exe
Is safe! Location means everything.
@PeaInAPod,
Fix these with HjT also:
O6 - HKCU\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Restrictions present
O6 - HKCU\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Control Panel present
And as Dunker meantioned, you need to update Java. Still having version 4.0 is a major security issue.
Go here and download Java Runtime Environment 5.0 Update 10.
Uninstall all previous version and updates of JRE via Add/Remove Programs.
Restart and install Update 10.
Cheers! :)

Open HijackThis, scan and when complete, remove the following entries by checking the box to the left and clicking 'fixed checked':
O3 - Toolbar: (no name) - {EF99BD32-C1FB-11D2-892F-0090271D4F88} - (no file)
Click on the below link to begin the Kaspersky Online scanner program.
Kaspersky On-line Scanner
When you are prompted to install an ActiveX component from Kaspersky, Click Yes.
The program will launch and then begin downloading the latest definition files
When the files finish downloading click on NEXT
Now click on Scan Settings
In Scan Settings make sure that the following are selected:
Scan using the following Anti-Virus database:
Extended (if available otherwise Standard)
Scan Options:
Scan Archives
Scan Mail Bases
Click OK
Now under select a target to scan:
Select My Computer
This program will start and scan your system.
Online scan can take a long time to complete and the time is impacted by the speed of your internet connection. Be patient and let it run. It is best not to do anything else while the scan is running. This will help it to complete faster.
When the scan has completed, it will display whether your system has been infected or not
Click on the Save as Text button:
Save the file to your desktop or another folder where you can locate it later.
Attach this file to your next message.

I scanned with Kaspersky's Online Scanner just before starting this post. It came back that I had no infections.I will install the ActiveX component and scan if need be. But that ActiveX component from them runs constantly, so for the time being, if its at all possible, I would like to hold off running the Kaspersky scan. As its adds another background process and adds a always on background process.
