Ever since i hooked up my Media Center with my xbox, i have been having a problem with my system resources being low all the time, anyway to cure this? i already removed alot of things to clear up ram and rom on the computer and whatnot, but nothings helping so far.

and secondly, where can i get an up-to-date media converter that converts .RM, .ASF and etc into whatever i want it to be? my media player and such has it but it never works or watermarks the videos.
