I researched other threads for this problem I am all of the sudden having with WMP, but I have tried several suggestions with no solutions.

I have been able to play several AVI. files with WMP with no problems, but now I keep getting this stupid error.

I used GSPOT to check the file for compatible codecs and according to the program I have sveral codecs installed.

Any helpful suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
