This is really pissing off...has anyone been able to play it online through 0.50 as yet?

jimbo you have to forward certain ports on your router to get your mic working.
@Sniper, when you press R when you're dead are you able to change your current loadout? I can't and I think its a problem with the ISO or DH 0.50

You don't have to update your system, emulate 2.82, login, download the patch and install it (make sure you have atleast 60% battery when you're installing) then enjoy online!

Ok, I don't get it. How are you all even getting FTB2 to load. I'm so sick of ripping my UMD. I've tried it with ISO/CSO. I'm running 2.71 SE-C and devhook .50 with emulated 2.82 fw. I can get devhook to emulate the firmware just fine, then when i go and select the FTB2 cso i created, just a black screen comes up and my psp shuts down. Any ideas???

I got the FTB2 updater eboot (the one that downloads to your MS when you try to go online). I used pbp unpacker on it. Question is how can I extract/decrypt/install the data.psp/data.psar that is within the eboot.pbp? I'm trying to install it so I can finally get online.
I tried emulating 3.01 and running the eboot through the 3.01 XMB but it's a no go. My MS is only 128mb so I have to use USBhost to run the iso and devhook .5x doesn't have usb support. So maybe that's why it's not updating.
Can one of you who did get past the online update, upload the FTB2 updated files to megaupload. Maybe I'll get online once I install your updated files. :)

I've got Devhook .51 with 3.01 support. I also have the folder FTB or whatever in the root of my memory stick. But I still am prompted to download the update...
