I purchased an ilo dvd recorder about a year ago and have been pleased with the play-back quality. However, I encountered outright frustration at my first attempts to record today. (I want to transfer a bunch of favorite concert videos). I even read the instructions first, and again, and again. I load the new DVD+R disc and cannot get anything to happen after that. I get the load message, then a stop message. And that's it. The recorder/player appears locked up. Nothing else. No menu, no source, nothing. What the hell is one to do?
