is it possible to copy a ps2 game to my copmuter hd using a program, and then take that file and load it to my ps2 hd. if this is possible, will the game boot and run. I am using a 200gb maxtor running Hdadvance. my ps2 does not have any mods or chips.I know I can copy one drive to another from my computer just wondering if I can copy the to pc drive then copy over to my ps2 drive and work. new to this. thanks for any help.

If I understand you correctly, you wish to copy a ps2 game disc to your PC, then transfer that image to your ps2 HDD?

Use DVD Decrypter (ISO read) to make an image on your PC, then use WINHIIP to transfer it. You will either need to physically place your PS2 HDD into your PC, or use a USB IDE cable to transfer from PC to PS2 HDD though.

as mentioned above, and HD Advance also supports networking the files from your PC to the PS2. purely off memory but i believe you hold select while booting the HD Advance disc to get it into networking mode (it's one of those buttons)
