Burning to CD-R: what am I doing wrong?

Ok, I downloaded the Codebreaker 9.2 cracked using UTorrent. I then burnt the Codebreaker iso file to a CD-R using Nero. I burnt it to a Taiyo Yuden CD-R using DAO mode and burning at 4x speed, then I tried again at 8x speed. I loaded it up with Swap Magic using a slide card and both the 8x one and the 4x one didn't work. (Got red, swap magic colour code, meaning that this disc is never going to load.) So, what am I doing wrong? Do I need to do something with the ELF file?
