installing DVD+RW RW5125

I just decided to install a DVD+RW RW5125 on my computer, the only problem is that i dont have the instalation disk or instructions. So far my computer acknowledges that this device is connected, but it wont play DVDs. I suppose i need to find the drivers for it. Can someone help me?
