Im about to mod a 360 with the firmware hack and wanted to know where to get these clip to connect it to the chassis of the 360 and my PC. And do you realy need them if they are far away from each other? If I didnt use them would they fry my motherboard?

And 1 more question in this video he never backs up the original firmware how would you save a back up doing this way?

I don't know if it'd fry your 360 motherboard but you just hook some speaker wire instead of the croc clips though.

How would you get the speaker wire to stay connected there? If it moves wouldnt it spark?

No, just twist the ends of the speaker wire around the holes in the casing. I wouldn't worry too much about frying your 360. It's just a precaution to do this anyway.
