I think I have a virus. I just got this laptop and I haven't hardly downloaded anything on here.. and it's sosooooooooo slow, I mean slower than a computer running windows 98. I've downloaded all this stuff that I've been reading about on here.. and it helps make it faster for about an hour, then it boggs down again.. Please help, I don't know what to do.. here is a hijack this file. maybe you can get something out of it.. I don't know how to read that thing. Thanks Lindsey

why do you have avast & mcafee on your system? was this going slow even before ie7?

McEfee came with the laptop I bought. So, I don't know if it was running slow or not. But, I had avast on my old computer, so I downloaded it on this new computer. Because it worked good on my old computer (which didn't have mcfee).

is mcafee still working? disable 1 of your anti-virus programs to see if goes faster as might be a conflict between the 2.

I uninstalled avast. I guess it was conflicting with Mcafee. But, a thing still pops up and says that my virtual memory is running low. Why is it doing that?
