Delete the mds file & try burning JUST the iso file. You don't really need the mds file anyway (unless its with an mdf file)
If that still doesn't work then delete the game image & try extracting it again.
And if that still doesn't work, then buy a new, better burner.
EDIT: And I see you're still trying to use those crappy CMC Magnetics discs. DON'T! Get better media.
