I know all about dnas ids but now i wanna know if there's any way to play with a modded PAL slim ps2 with NTSC or JAP games online.. heard about those machine ids changers but heard they only for fat ps2s and v 1-7... any new news about this issuse that anyone know ?

No there's not. And there never will be now. PS3 is out.
