when i use DVD Decrypter and i try to rip the ISO of socom 2 for ps2 it rips to 98% and says 'Not Enough Disc Space' is the problem because I only have 12gb of memory free on my computer? Or is it somthing else?

Is the file system on your PC's Hard Drive FAT32 or NTFS?
The antiquated FAT32 system only supports single file sizes under 4Gb, whereas NTFS supports any file size. And in this day & age, you should really be using NTFS, particularly if you use any version of Windows from WindowsNT/2000 upwards.
